Start with a Needs Assessment and then select the best Communication Solution: 1. Integrated Skills Courses- Are offered at 4 levels, 40 hours each, weekly or twice weekly sessions.
- Are dynamic, group training sessions that simulate on the job situations through role plays, discussions, presentations and meetings.
- Practice with topics that include all language skills:
- Reading comprehension, writing, listening, clear speaking, grammar, vocabulary, idioms and slang.
- Problem solving, negotiations, clarifications, agreeing and disagreeing, building consensus, interrupting, oral and written summaries

2. Specific Skill Courses- Are offered at 4 levels, 10 hours each, weekly sessions plus Can8 Lab practice.
