**Accommodations require a minimum of 4 weeks cancellation/refund notice.

In order to issue a Letter of Acceptance KIOSK requires a non-refundable CDN$500 deposit. Once visa confirmation is received this deposit is allocated to total program costs.

Cancellations prior to start date: must be received in writing 6 weeks prior to the program start date in order to be considered for a refund on programs paid. An additional 20% fee will be deducted from eligible amount.

Refunds after start date: must be received in writing 4 weeks prior to withdrawal date from program. Please note that there are no refunds available on 4 week (or less) programs. See table below for further details.
